Highlights include: a 72 arch pergola, 3 ponds containing a variety of fish and water loving plants, displays of the best of modern roses together with many varieties of old garden roses, a border of species roses and a grassed maze, a rose collection showing the history of the rose and the Queen Mother rose garden.

Founded in 1876, the Royal National Rose Society is a leading gardening charity dedicated to encouraging, improving and extending the science, art and practice of the cultivation and conservation of roses. Please telephone, email or visit the website to check details before travelling.

Opening hours The gardens and tea room will reopen for 2017 on 10th June.
Open daily from Saturday 10th June to Sunday 6th August 2017.
